The project by b720 Fermín Vázquez Arquitectos has been designed so that the construction, technical and design solutions are the most sustainable, with a low environmental impact and the greatest possible energy self-sufficiency. With five storeys high, its structure and enclosures are entirely constructed with cross-laminated timber.
